Senior UX Researcher - Regulated Finance, End-to-End

Ports North is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead end-to-end research for its leading Financial Services client in Dublin. This role requires 5+ years in UX Research, emphasizing qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Compliance teams to identify usability issues and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Strong experience in regulated environments is essential.

The contract lasts for 6 months with a hybrid work arrangement of 2-3 days onsite per week.
