We're supporting a leading organisation in the search for a Service Delivery Analyst to join their IT Service Management team.
- 6-Month Contract, Inside IR35
- £400-£450 per day
- Hybrid - Glasgow, Perth or Reading
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate service escalations.
- Track and drive actions arising from incidents, reviews, and service assessments.
- Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
- Produce service reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Support service continuity, governance, and continual service improvement initiatives.
- Assist with major incident management and service restoration activities.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a Service Delivery Analyst, Service Management, or IT Operations role.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience producing service reports and management information.
- Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and drive actions through to completion.
- ServiceNow experience is highly desirable.
- Power BI experience is highly desirable.
