What they're looking for
The client needs a confident and energetic Service Designer who is comfortable operating at director level and leading face-to-face stakeholder sessions.
Strong communication skills are essential - this role requires someone who can challenge constructively, facilitate workshops, and bring clarity across both business and user needs.
Must-Have Experience
- Strong background in Service Design
- Experience building/improving customer experience frameworks
- User analysis and user-centred design
- Running face-to-face workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident personality with strong energy and presence
- Experience working across both Government/Public Sector and Private Sector/Financial Services environments

- Customer experience framework development
- Capability mapping
- Experience building service design capability/functions
