Daily rate: £580 inside IR35

Duration: 5 months with possible extension

Location: Mainly remote with Adhoc Travel

Clearance: must be SC cleared

We are looking for a working level Service Designer able to demonstrate reasonable experience of fulfilling the role within a multidisciplinary agile team working in government. We need the Service Designer to be able to demonstrate how their work would approach satisfying user needs within the context business or policy goals.

The Service Designer will be able to visualise whole services, both end to end and front to back, across business areas or departments in order to demonstrate where and how user pain points could be addressed. They will be able be experienced in using this ability to visualise services through the production of appropriate service design artefacts - service blueprints, ecosystem maps etc - alongside other members of a multidisciplinary Agile team. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of working across the Agile project life cycle, acting as a Service Designer within projects within Discovery, as well as those that move through Alpha, Beta and into Live.
