ServiceNow Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the autonomous mobility sector, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. As a Developer, you will be part of the IT Applications department supporting the platform development and integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $83 per hour

What's the Job?

• Lead the development and administration of ServiceNow, focusing on IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design workflows that meet business needs.
• Serve as a technical lead, guiding and mentoring team members on best practices and complex solutions.
• Partner with platform owners and architects to ensure seamless platform performance and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with new ServiceNow modules and features, applying knowledge to support company growth and innovation.

What's Needed?

• Extensive experience (6+ years) in ServiceNow development and administration, with a focus on ITAM, ITOM, integrations, and Flow Designer.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is preferred.
• Desirable: Certification in Hardware or Software Asset Management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement, with a sense of responsibility and accountability.
