The DNA Group is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager / Business Analyst for our client. In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow initiatives, managing project planning, requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, and implementation. You will ensure solutions align with ITSM best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Overview Requirements:
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery from intake through deployment and stabilization
• Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions (workshops, interviews, JAD sessions)
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
• Apply ServiceNow platform expertise (ITSM modules, workflows, dashboards, reporting)
• Validate configurations and support development, integrations, and enhancements
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM), training, and user adoption
• Maintain project artifacts including requirements, design docs, and reports
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytics using ServiceNow or BI tools
• Ensure compliance with OCTO standards, ITIL practices, and governance frameworks
• Identify process improvements and optimize IT service management workflows
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and ITSM modules
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, configuration management)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience in test planning, execution, and validation
• ITIL certification (preferred)
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI (preferred)
