ServiceNow Project Manager/Delivery Lead - ITOM/ITAM

AgileSource are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager/Delivery Lead for a Contract or Permanent role.

Permanent - £60,000 - £75,000

Contract - £500 P/D - Inside IR35

We are supporting a defence-sector client with the delivery of two key ServiceNow initiatives and are looking for an experienced delivery focused Project Manager/Delivery Lead with strong domain knowledge across ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM.

This is a hands on delivery role, operating alongside the core ServiceNow platform team, with responsibility for driving outcomes rather than simply managing plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end to end delivery of two ServiceNow projects:Own delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, risks, dependencies and quality
  • IT Operations Management (ITOM), including MID Servers
  • IT Asset Management (ITAM)
• Work closely with the core ServiceNow platform delivery team to advance and mature the platform
• Act as the bridge between technical teams, stakeholders and the client
• Ensure delivery aligns to wider platform strategy and operational goals
• Be actively involved in day to day delivery activities, not just governance or reporting
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across both workstreams
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and ways of working

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead delivering ServiceNow implementations
• Strong domain knowledge of:Demonstrable experience delivering complex technology projects in parallel
  • ServiceNow ITOM (including MID Servers)
  • ServiceNow ITAM
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working in delivery focused, fast paced environments
• Experience working closely with technical delivery teams

Desirable Experience

• Background working with ServiceNow platform or enterprise tooling programmes
• Experience in defence, government, or other secure/regulated environments
• Understanding of CMDB, Discovery, or ServiceNow platform architecture
