Candidate will serve as the primary technical owner of this ServiceNow implementation. Will work closely with the implementation vendor and oversee all ServiceNow development and technical decisions. Candidate must bring the ability to translate product direction into clear technical execution plans. Candidate will own the technical backlog, coordinate platform upgrades, and provide hands-on troubleshooting ability when needed. Will review and validate solution architecture, workflows, and technical decisions. Must be able to provide hands-on configuration or development support if needed to troubleshoot. Candidate will also prepare technical stories and testing requirements as well as maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and workflow maps. Candidate must have 5+ years of ServiceNow experience in a technical role such as developer, analyst, or technical lead and must also have prior experience in translating business requirements preferable in a business analyst role. Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix Metro area, be able to start with 2 weeks notice, and be able to pass relevant background check.
