We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support a SharePoint and Microsoft 365 data migration and rationalisation programme.

The role will involve analysing existing SharePoint structures, Teams/M365 environments, governance processes and data ownership models, then documenting clear functional and non functional requirements for migration and Day 1 readiness.

Key experience required
Strong Technical Business Analysis experience

SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and Teams experience

Data migration, platform rationalisation or SharePoint migration experience

Requirements gathering, user stories and process documentation

UAT, test cases and acceptance criteria

Stakeholder workshops across business and technical teams

Large scale transformation or integration programme experience

London based candidates preferred due to weekly onsite requirement.
