- Develop sign designs to meet client goals using Adobe Illustrator (and learn/use other software platforms as needed)
- Produce signs using raw materials vinyl, laminate, metal, and acrylic substrates
- Print, laminate, cut vinyl on the plotter, mask/weed, and apply graphics
- Perform quality control (check spelling, color, size, and proof match)
- Install simple signs: door graphics, vehicle wraps, wall/fence mounts, etc.
- Keep the production area clean and organized (trash, sweep, proper tool storage)
- Track project records accurately (electronic and paper)
- Monitor waste, recommend process improvements, and participate in daily production meetings
- 3 years of hands-on sign production experience (not primarily graphic design); computer savvy
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator (or very similar vector software) and willingness to learn additional platforms
- Proven self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, and conscientious attention to detail
- Positive team player who is easy to work with, respectful, and maintains a great attitude every day
- Organized, clean, and takes ownership of your workspace
- Strong communication skills and a strong sense of urgency
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Strong professional references (we will check them)
- Vehicle wrap installation experience
- Knowledge of color management
- 3M or Avery Certified Installer
