SMCR Compliance Analyst

Our consultancy client are looking for an experience SMCR analyst to work on a project for an Asset Management client of there's who are going through an large TOM implementation after a large acquisition. You will need extensive SMCR and Asset management experience and will be updating the operational procedures on takeover disclosure, substantial shareholding disclosure and market sounding. You will align the treatment and classification of assets under the clients PAD policy. You will be converting Legacy local compliance policies to the new format, obtain approval from the relevant domains, communicate the changes to the business and upload the documents to Risk360 and CRM's. Once the TOM is in place you will perform the SMCR certified population analysis and work on the integration of compliance controls/surveillance frameworks and associated documentation. You will need to be onsite 2-3 days a week and the role will be inside IR35
