TrinIT Talent are looking for a Solution Architect to come on board for a 6 month contract based in Location. This role falls Inside of Scope of IR35 and is paying £650 per day.

Job Description:-

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support the assessment and alignment of processes between the customers Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), Planon, and a supplier-provided IWMS platform. The Solution Architect will play a key role in in working with the vendor's architect/design team to build the High Level Design (HLD), considering all necessary interfaces and their communication protocols. The Solution Architect will be responsible owning and taking all architectural artefacts through architecture governing forum, ADA (Architecture Design Authority) and ARB (Architecture Review Board) for approval and incorporating all stakeholder feedback.

Architectural Development

Work with the vendor's architect/design team to build the High-Level Design (HLD), considering all necessary interfaces and their communication protocols, and take it through the architecture governing forum, ADA (Architecture Design Authority) and ARB (Architecture Review Board) for approval

Facilitate discussions with Cyber Security team to ensure that the design is secure and includes all security controls required by the Cyber Security team

Ensure that the design adheres to architectural principles

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Partner with internal stakeholders (operations, IT, FM, risk, supplier management) to gain alignment on designs based upon process changes and integration requirements.

Coordinate with the supplier to ensure mutual understanding of system behaviours, data structures, and integration constraints.

Present findings, options, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

Essential

Proven experience as a Solution Architect in technology focused or IWMS/Facilities Management environments.

Strong design skills.

Understanding of IWMS platforms-experience with Planon is highly desirable.

Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured architectural documentation.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
