Role Description:

Finance & Actuarial Transformation is a multi-year project to simplify finance processes and data and adopt the Client technology stack.

The Solution Data Architect's role will be to
Ensure consistency and long term alignment between project delivery and Intact's target Data Architecture.
Own solution level data design, models, flows, and integration mappings.
Ensure the data architecture inside F&AT is standardised, reusable and scalable.
Act as the data architecture backstop without owning delivery or build.Prior experience with any of the following would be highly desirable but not essential - Solvency 2, IFRS17, Finance systems, Client stack (AR/AP/GL/CM/AHCS/FCCS/ARCS/HCM/FDI)
Solution Data Architecture Expertise: Hands-on experience as a solution data architect, with a deep understanding of data modelling, integration patterns and architectural design.
Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, geographies and seniority levels.
Professionalism & Influence: Ability to engage diverse stakeholders, challenge constructively and maintain composure and respect in complex discussions.
Industry Experience in Insurance or Financial Services will be a plus.
