We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to support a major Electronic Patient Record (EPR) digital transformation within the NHS. The role focuses on designing and implementing technical solutions for changes already identified by a Business Analyst and User Researcher, with strong experience in Oracle Health platforms.

Design and assure solutions using Oracle Health and integrated NHS systems
Ensure alignment with NHS digital standards, security, and data governance
Produce architecture artefacts (HLDs, LLDs, integration and data flow diagrams)
Support delivery teams through implementation, managing risks and dependencies
Provide technical assurance and architectural oversight in a live clinical environment
Essential Experience
Proven Solutions Architect experience on large-scale NHS digital programmes
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Health (eg EPR/clinical systems)
Experience working on or alongside EPR implementations
Knowledge of NHS architecture standards and integration patterns
Comfortable working from pre-defined requirements rather than gathering them
Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills

Experience within acute, mental health, or community NHS Trusts
Knowledge of interoperability standards (eg HL7, FHIR)
