Solutions Architect - ServiceNow/Microsoft Teams Automation

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to support a Microsoft and ServiceNow automation programme for IT service management. The focus of the role is designing and enhancing AI - driven IT ticket automation across ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams, leveraging Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI/agent capabilities.
Some foundational build has already been completed; this role will take ownership of solution design, optimisation, integration, and workflow orchestration, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and platform teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture for ServiceNow-integrated IT ticket automation within Microsoft Teams
- Design and refine end - to - end workflows for incident, request, and service management
- Architect and enhance solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI/agent-based services, and automation tools
- Own integration design between ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, and identity/security services
- Review existing build, identify gaps, and define improvements aligned to best practice
- Produce clear architecture diagrams, design artifacts, and technical documentation
- Act as a design authority, ensuring solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to guide implementation and ensure architectural integrity
- Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect on ServiceNow and Microsoft ecosystems
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and workflow configuration
- Hands - on experience architecting solutions with Microsoft Teams, M365, and Azure
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or AI/agent-based automation (design or implementation)
- Strong background in system integration, APIs, and workflow orchestration
- Solid understanding of identity, security, and compliance within enterprise environments
- Ability to work in a partially built environment, improving and scaling existing solutions
- Comfortable operating in a client - facing, regulated, or professional services environment
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow or Microsoft certifications
- Experience in legal, financial services, or other highly regulated sectors
- Exposure to chat - based IT support or conversational AI solutions
