Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst position located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. Pay Range:$69.20 - $79.20 per hour Develop a guided user experience that enables financial advisors to access the right capabilities in a consolidated view, while streamlining processes. Through guided workflow enable advisors' decision making, adapting to each individual user's needs, augmented with business intelligence driven by machine learning to drive efficiencies and highlight opportunities. Seamless integration enables us to swap vendors out as needs change over time. Provide advisors with a highly configurable user interface leveraging a data strategy that integrates with best-in-class vendors, providing a single pane of glass that eliminates the swivel chair experience. Project work will include Business Systems Analyst activities of requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, systems integration, Data Analysis, API's, JSON, Postman, FDC3, UAT, and other pertinent project related activities. Responsibilities: Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and stakeholder requirements, develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, manage risks, and communicate to appropriate parties Develop documents for IT applications, system specifications and test plans, according to existing standards and methodologies Elicit the requirements needed to carry out business processes including interviews, intelligence analysis and survey assessments Translate business needs, processes, and procedures into a workable system, and articulating on specific software requirements by communicating these requirements with technology experts and business stakeholder Collaborate with business architects and other technology staff to deliver project results while implementing risk analysis and meeting required deliverables Utilize statistical tools to interpret data sets to identify trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts Collaborating with peer Business Analysts, Project Leads, and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent Mining data from primary and secondary sources, analyzing and reorganizing data in a format that can be easily read Manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers to ensure the requirements are met Requirements: 5+ years working as a Business Systems Analyst within a financial institution, preferably supporting Advisor facing platform Proficient in creating and maintaining business analysis artifacts - Workflows, Data flow diagrams, Data Mapping documents, User Journeys, etc Proficient in reading API's, JSON, Postman, etc Experience writing and running SQL queries to extract and analyze large data sets as well as the ability to visualize data, etc Competent in managing JIRA and Confluence projects, boards, and workflows Desired skills: Financial Desktop Connectivity and Collaboration Consortium (FDC3) experience Advisor facing/systems experience Data Analysis experience Vendor Collaboration experience If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
