Job Description/Skills: This is a remote position in the US only. About the Role You'll be part of a collaborative product team working on key initiatives that support our platforms and our customers' experiences. What you will do Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. Write clean, testable code primarily in Apex. Ensure systems are instrumented for observability, including logging, tracing, and metrics. Collaborate on improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices to increase delivery confidence. Participate in design and code reviews, contributing to high technical standards and shared learning. Work closely with product and other engineering teams to align technical work with business goals. Actively participate in evaluating and improving system performance, reliability, and operational maturity. Contribute to engineering practices that support long-term scalability and maintainability. Your experience and skills Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field OR relevant accredited technical certification, OR equivalent work experience. Deep understanding of Lightning Web Components. Minimum of 5 years of experience with web application development, including JavaScript, CSS, or HTML5. Minimum of 5 years of experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform: Lightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, and declarative platform tools. Experience designing and building backend APIs and services in production environments. Experience with CI/CD deployments. Understanding of observability best practices including logs, traces, metrics, and alerts. A mindset of ownership and accountability, with strong collaboration and communication skills. Preferred Skills and Credentials: Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Gearset. Working knowledge of various Salesforce integration patterns and practices. Familiarity with cloud development. Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification. Salesforce Lightning Web Components Specialist (Trailhead Super Badge). Pay Range: $75 to $78 per hour, depending upon experience. Health & Medical Benefits, 401K, Employee Assistance Program, and Sick Time applicable by state.
