Your Role: Social Media Specialist

In this role, you'll help shape a safe and positive online environment:

• Investigate and resolve user-reported issues via ticketing systems (account support, abusive content, etc.)
• Enforce platform policies by monitoring and reviewing reported content
• Stay up to date with products, policies, and community standards
• Use your understanding of Estonian language, culture, and trends to improve user support
• Analyse data to enhance overall user experience
• Identify patterns and elevate complex issues to global teams
• Suggest improvements to workflows and processes

Language Requirements

• Fluent Estonian (C1-C2), written and spoken, with strong cultural awareness

Contract

• Full-time, permanent contract with Covalen

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: €31,000 per year
• Performance bonus: up to 10% annually
• Evening shift benefits:
  • % salary uplift (10pm-2am)
  • €12/day travel allowance

Working Hours

Choose your preferred schedule:

• Day shift: 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Evening shift: 6:00pm - 2:00am
• No rotating shifts
• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and bank holidays
