Warehouse Associate (1st Shift) Rocky Hill, CT
1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00/hour
Type: Temp with potential for permanent hire
Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves receiving shipments, preparing materials for outgoing orders, and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. This is a hands-on, physical position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities - Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for outbound orders
- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Complete and track all necessary shipping and receiving documentation
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stock management
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely
- Support additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications Required:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs regularly
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Preferred:- Experience with warehouse operations or material handling
- Inventory or order picking experience

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
