Adecco is hiring immediately for Warehouse Workers with Oakley in Foothill Ranch, CA. Warehouse Workers do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, starting pay at $18.75 - $20.75/hr., plus available overtime.

As a Warehouse Worker, you will maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times, promptly reporting any safety hazards or work-related injuries to supervision. You will receive and verify raw components and materials in the SAP system, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage in designated locations. In this role, you will efficiently pull production and RN orders using RF scanners and portable printers, consolidating them into organized cart kits for production use.

You will also be responsible for transporting these kits-as well as tech support or facilities parts, production supplies, and other business unit mail or packages. Additionally, you will deliver completed kits to production areas, while picking up, verifying, and staging semi-finished goods, RTS, and 901s, and returning empty kit carts for reuse. Throughout all tasks, you will maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy, actively manage inventory, ensure precise counts, and promptly report any discrepancies or anomalies.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to read and understand both written and spoken English instructions and directions in order to safely and effectively perform job duties (i.e. ability to read and understand job safety requirements and procedures, instructions and directions from supervisors, lead, or co-workers).

Basic computer and math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).

Ability to maintain concentration for long periods of time.

Adaptable and detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task.

Demonstrate consistent reliability and dependability.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications and/or experience operating forklifts (sit-down or cherry picker), along with experience in inventory control, material handling, and shipping & receiving, are preferred.

Software experience with SAP and/or experience with any warehouse management system is preferred, but not required.

All Shifts Available:

3rd: 9pm - 5am; Full-time with mandatory overtime on weekends

Work Environment:

The warehouse operates in a production driven, high-volume environment where safety is a top priority, Employees are required to wear safety boots and must be comfortable with physical demands of the role, including standing, pushing, walking, lifting, and working in varying temperatures that may be hot or cold depending on the season and work area.

Pay Details: $18.75 to $20.75 per hour
