Strategic Finance Manager

Triumph Consultants are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager for their client to support the Director of Finance. You will lead important financial activities, provide expert advice, and help ensure the finances are well managed. Contract is for 3 months, in Bradford BD5 0QL

A Basic DBS is required for this role.

Key Requirements

• CCAB Qualified Accountant.
• Strong experience in statutory accounts, audit, VAT, PAYE, pensions, corporation tax and cashflow management.
• Experience supporting budgets, forecasting and business partnering with managers.
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop finance staff.
• Experience presenting financial information to senior leaders, Audit Committees and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead financial management, including statutory accounts, audit and tax compliance.
• Support budget holders with budgeting, forecasting and financial advice.
• Manage cashflow, VAT, payroll, pensions and other day-to-day finance activities.
• Work closely with senior leadership and auditors to ensure strong financial governance.
• Help develop and improve finance processes while supporting the wider finance team.
