Strategic Supplier Lead (SC)

We require an experienced professional to fulfil the role of a Senior Strategic Supplier Lead for one of our key clients.

DURATION: DECEMBER 26
IR35: OUTSIDE IR35
LOCATION: LONDON (AT LEAST 2 DAYS PER WEEK).

Our client requires these services to support an on-going cost reduction programme and deliver a supplier sourcing/management workstream.

Resource Capability & Experience Required:

* Experienced in the contracting of IT services
* Experienced professional in delivering multi sourced RFI/RFP supplier selection programmes
* Experienced in the delivery and/or receipt of outsourced IT & IS services
* Knowledgeable in ITSM and SIAM
* Experienced in supporting procurement to cost model outcomes/work with IT finance teams
* Experienced in Strategic Supplier manager in IT - background of working in IT preferable
* Evidence of successful completion of supplier RFI/RFP - mergers/de mergers style work.
* Experience of integrating end to end IT Operations/processes and ways of working
* Experience of leading change in complex environments
* Experience of benchmarking/cost optimisation/reduction
* Experience of vendor management onboarding/transition
* Experience of Effective programme management and associates standards for reporting, Risks and Issues
