Job Title: Systems Administrator- Meridian Link
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid/Remote options available)
Pay: $25-$32 per hour

We are seeking a skilled MeridianLink Systems Administrator to support and manage critical lending and account systems. This role is responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent internal support.

• Administer and maintain MeridianLink systems (consumer & mortgage lending, account opening, collections, etc.)
• Support and manage core platforms such as Symitar, Banno, and related systems
• Serve as the primary point of contact for system issues, providing troubleshooting and resolution
• Support daily IT operations including incident triage, escalation, and system performance monitoring
• Assist internal teams with technical support, system access, and issue resolution

• 2-3+ years of experience with MeridianLink systems
• Experience with Jack Henry platforms (Symitar, Banno, etc.) preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications/experience in IT or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on security and data integrity
