Senior Talent Specialist (Contract - 3 months)

We re partnering with a growing organisation looking for a Senior Talent Specialist to join on an initial 3-month contract. This role will play a key part in delivering high-quality hiring across both technical and non-technical teams during a period of growth.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships.

What you'll be doing

• Partnering with hiring managers to deliver mid-to-senior hires across technical and business functions
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on quality and candidate experience
• Proactively sourcing and engaging diverse talent pipelines
• Advising stakeholders on hiring strategy, market insights, and best practice
• Supporting inclusive hiring initiatives and improving hiring processes

• Proven experience hiring mid-to-senior talent across both technical and non-technical roles
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• A proactive, delivery-driven approach with the ability to work at pace
• Experience in building inclusive and diverse talent pipelines
• Comfortable operating in a contract or project-based environment
