Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: Open Ended Contract
Pay range: $85.00 to $95.00 per hour on W2
Schedule: This role is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Be a strategic partner to hiring managers to define needs and design hiring processes to ensure a world-class candidate experience.
- Manage full cycle recruiting process from source to close.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies both individually and with team to build a strong pipeline of outstanding candidates.
- Work with hiring managers and HR to ensure job requirements are appropriately set, clearly understood, and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
- Participate in implementing, continuously refining, and assessing recruiting processes to deliver high quality results and improve customer and candidate experience.
- Be familiar with industry trends, market competitors and unemployment conditions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Possess excellent social, organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers of all levels.
- Ability to work with a high sense of urgency, and remain flexible within a highly dynamic, changing environment while successfully meeting objectives.
- Ability to recruit beyond selling a role understanding the unique qualities of each candidate, their motivation, and then match talent to the needs of the organization.
- Affinity for learning client's product lines and technology and the ability to leverage that knowledge for passionately promoting our brand.
- Proven experience in building and managing a diverse candidate pipeline.
Must Have:
- 8-10 Years plus in a large corporate environment. Specializing in Engineering recruitment. (Hardware/Software/Mechanical)
- Experience working with Semiconductor industry.
- Direct hire experience.
