Job Description/Skills: This position requires the candidate to work a hybrid schedule with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday onsite in the Seattle office. Monday and Fridays are scheduled as remote work days. Overview We are seeking an innovative IT professional who can help elevate our recruiting and onboarding capabilities. As an IT Delivery team member, you will support the design, build, and implementation deliverables for the Recruiting & Onboarding subtrack of our HCM program. Your contribution will play a key role in delivering modern recruiting and onboarding solutions that create an exceptional experience for candidates, employees, and hiring teams. Key Responsibilities Analyze system requirements and develop Recruiting and Onboarding solutions that ensure functionality meets business needs Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps (ADO) Identify opportunities and solutions to automate workflows, streamline processes, and improve data flow Assist in the development and implementation of integrations between the Recruiting module and other platforms (e.g., background screening, skills assessments, etc.) Execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing, defect triage, and go-live readiness activities Partner with Organizational Change Management (OCM) to develop end-user documentation, training materials, and communication plans for system adoption Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance Qualifications At least 3 years of relevant IT experience working in HCM platforms Hands-on experience implementing enterprise HR systems in organizations of 1,000+ employees Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications Demonstrated experience in software testing, IT systems validation, and agile/hybrid development lifecycles Familiar with the user story process, including the ability to write user stories, manage the integrity of test cases, and maintain accurate documentation for diverse audiences Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Highly Desired UKG Pro suite experience Familiarity with recruiting and onboarding processes (e.g., recruiting workflows, hiring collaboration activities, preboarding, document collection and compliance, etc.) to support seamless HCM integrations Familiar with SaaS integration patterns including this use of APIs Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Smartsheet for requirement and project tracking Pay Range: $50 to $55 per hour, depending upon experience.
