Tech Onboarding Analyst, Service Transition/Service Delivery
Our client, a leading finance company are looking for a contractor with service delivery/service transition experience.
The team you will join (Service Transition tea) is responsible for ensuring that new or changed IT services are designed, tested and implemented into a live operational environment safely and effectively, minimising business-as-usual services. You will act as the link bridge between change and stable operations.
The successful candidate will support the Tech. Service Transition Senior Manager in the transition of services into BAU within the Technology Operations team through the onboarding process.
Engaging with the stakeholders and heads of departments to ensure a quality end to end technical design and non-functional support and operations requirements can integrate or work with existing processes or application.
General responsibilities:
Please note, engagement is via umbrella company only; all tax and NI will be deducted at source.
Hybrid working - 2 days per week on site.
