Scope OverviewThe B2 lead will scope and produce implementation briefs across:
- CRM: new standalone B2C HubSpot instance, sales funnel architecture, data model
- Marketing technology stack: landing page platform, tracking layer, attribution, multi-channel lead nurture
- Payment infrastructure: multiple funding routes including government loan, self-funded, and employer part-payment
- Assessment of existing systems for B2C applicability, including records, finance, and content management
- Telephony decision for the B2C sales and admissions team
Candidate ProfileEssential:
- Proven B2C technology architecture experience in a consumer-facing business context
- Systems integration design
- HubSpot CRM in a consumer context, including awareness of its limitations
- Payment infrastructure architecture across multiple funding routes
- Comfortable making architecture calls with incomplete information under time pressure
