Overview

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. We are committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

About the Team

The Procurement team is the operational backbone of Anduril. We are a lean, data-driven group responsible for the end-to-end sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of critical components. We are building our procedures from the ground up and seek eager, proactive professionals to help us build a world-class supply chain for cutting-edge technology.

About the Job

This role is positioned as a Technical Buyer to emphasize a practical, technical mindset. After hiring a dedicated analyst to identify issues, this role will focus on taking reports and addressing issues across the system. The position involves executing and managing the operational details of updating systems and processes. For a candidate with exceptional experience in electronics manufacturing, one of these positions may be elevated to Senior Buyer.

This role is suited for someone who thrives on execution and enjoys handling operational tasks related to procurement systems and process improvements.

What You Will Do
  1. Initially (First 6 months): split time between deep-diving into our ERP system to manage reports and correct data (50%), and executing core procurement tasks like creating POs and resolving supply chain problems (50%).
  2. Long-term (After 6 months): evolve to a more strategic role focused on developing relationships with key suppliers, identifying process improvements, and contributing to cost-saving projects.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for key vendors, managing supplier performance and resolving delivery issues.
  4. Perform rigorous invoice matching, maintain meticulous records, and ensure financial accuracy to support audit compliance.
  5. Execute counterfeit prevention checks to protect supply chain integrity and track market trends to provide actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within an electronics business or a company with a supply chain for electronic components.
  • Candidates with a mechanical, electronic, or electric background from related complex industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace) are welcome.
  • A hands-on, proactive attitude with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow with the team.
  • Hands-on experience with an ERP system is essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to work from our Dublin office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle ERP is a significant advantage as we transition to this platform, but it is not a deal-breaker.
  • A technical or engineering background is highly appreciated and will help you succeed in this role.
