In the next stage of our expansion, we are looking for a delivery focussed individual with excellent communication and stakeholder skills to assist one of our key clients with the management and on-going delivery of key technical documentation and associated artefacts to support a growing range of business critical, client facing services.
Ideally with broad technical exposure, you will need a keen eye for detail and demonstrable capabilities in co-ordination, communication, analysis, and delivery. We are interested to talk to individuals with a background in areas such as documentation, PMO roles, business analysis, or who can demonstrate a keen desire to move into a more delivery management-based position.
A varied and responsible role, you must have a 'can-do' attitude, and be flexible as you will be -
- Managing of the end-to-end document production, review, assurance and publishing process
- Work closely with technical teams to schedule, produce and ensure delivery of the required artefacts on time and to quality standards
- Have a keen eye for detail and be able to review and support the authoring and assurance of key documents
- Liaise across the organisation to prioritise workloads and delivery timeframes
- Be responsible for the formal governance meetings, approval processes and reporting
- Gather, analyse and report on key performance metrics
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to mange priorities and required outcomes to meet business needs in a timely manner
- Maintain an interest in document management and production best practice and drive change and innovation opportunities

Rate: £300 per day based upon experience - outside IR35
