Technical Lead/Solution Architect - Qualtrics
Location: Remote - London & Salford - (occasional travel to Salford & London, Travel expenses will be covered)
Duration: 6 months Rolling Contract

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead/Solution Architect with strong Qualtrics expertise to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-level solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who can combine solution architecture, hands-on platform configuration, integrations, and client-facing communication.
Key responsibilities
- Design scalable and practical Qualtrics solutions based on business requirements
- Lead the technical delivery of enterprise Qualtrics implementations
- Configure surveys, dashboards, workflows, automations, and Embedded data logic
- Build and support integrations between Qualtrics and other business systems
- Work closely with stakeholders to turn technical concepts into clear solutions
- Support testing, troubleshooting, optimisation, and client enablement
Must-have skills
- Strong experience with Qualtrics in an enterprise environment
- Proven background as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Senior Technical Consultant
- Hands-on experience with Qualtrics configuration, including surveys, workflows, dashboards, and automations
- Strong experience with APIs and system integrations
- Technical knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience integrating Qualtrics with platforms such as Salesforce, CRM, HRIS, SAP, Slack, or data warehouses
- Ability to work directly with clients, gather requirements, and communicate technical solutions clearly
- Experience supporting testing, troubleshooting, and go-live readiness
Nice to have
- Experience with Qualtrics CoreXM, CustomerXM, EmployeeXM, or BrandXM
- Knowledge of SQL or Python
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Exposure to Tableau or Power BI
