About the Role LHH is seeking a
Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional technical programs. You'll drive alignment, manage risks, coordinate execution across engineering and product teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Must-Haves

5+ years leading complex, cross-functional technical programs
- Strong cross-functional leadership : driving scope, alignment, milestones, and execution
- Excellent executive-level communication ; ability to influence without authority

Technical fluency (Cloud, APIs, Data Platforms)
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Data-driven decision-making using dashboards/metrics (Azure DevOps, Power BI)
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, tradeoffs , and delivering outcomes
- Proficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem : Azure DevOps, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, O365
- Ability to work hybrid in Beaverton (Thursdays onsite)
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end execution of technical programs across engineering, product, design, and operations
- Translate business goals into program plans, success metrics, and timelines
- Manage risk, dependencies, and issue resolution
- Provide clear program updates to leadership and steering committees
- Maintain dashboards, reporting, and program documentation
- Support resourcing, budgeting, and vendor coordination as needed
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of TPM experience (required)
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification (preferred)
Work Schedule
- Hybrid: Beaverton office , Thursdays required onsite
- Typical hours: 8am-5pm PST with flexibility for global teams
- Equipment provided
- Background check required
- Potential for extension or conversion depending on performance and budget
