Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse customer and pipeline overlap across two organisations post-acquisition

  • Model financial impact of go-to-market (GTM) scenarios (AI-driven where possible)

  • Build a cross-company pipeline overlap dashboard

  • Integrate data from Salesforce environments across both companies

  • Develop a financial impact data model

  • Match and reconcile accounts + opportunities datasets

  • Use Databricks for data processing, analytics, and dashboarding

  • Deliver insights to support sales strategy decisions

Must- Have Skills

  • Strong data analysis & modelling (commercial/revenue focus)

  • Hands- on with Salesforce data structures (Accounts, Opportunities, Pipeline)

  • Experience with Databricks (data engineering/analytics/dashboards)

  • Proven use of AI in analytics or modelling

  • Solid understanding of software/SaaS sales life cycle & metrics

  • Experience in data matching/deduplication across systems

Ideal Background

  • Consulting experience (strategy/analytics/transformation)

  • Worked on post- merger integration (PMI) or GTM transformation

  • Exposure to sales ops/revenue ops/commercial analytics

  • Ability to translate data into business insights for leadership
