Job Overview:As a Technician 1, you will support the on-site monitor refresh project by receiving, transporting, and installing new monitor equipment across the facility. The role involves removing old monitors, assembling and setting up new units, and managing waste and returns. You will also provide accurate daily reporting on progress and any issues encountered.

Location: London NW9 5EQ

Rate: An hourly rate, in-scope IR35, of £14.20 (PAYE) OR £18.42 per hour (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company)

Contract Length: 13 April to 8 May 2026

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri (08:30 - 17:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive delivered equipment and move it to the designated storage area.
• Transport new monitor kits from storage to the assigned refresh locations across the site.
• Remove existing monitors from users' desks safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and install new monitors, including attaching stands or desk-mounted monitor arms and connecting all required cables.
• Remove all packaging/waste materials and move old monitors to the allocated collection area for Circular Services.
• Provide an end-of-day report by 16:45, detailing: Number of desks/monitors refreshed, Any issues encountered on site

• Flathead screwdriver
• 2.5mm Allen key
