Job Overview:
The role involves supporting users through the Windows 11 automated build process, managing kit exchanges, and guiding users to the correct incident channels when issues arise. It includes maintaining accurate asset data within the Project Data Manager and ensuring smooth daily equipment handling and organisation. The position also oversees stock intake, sign-offs, Legacy kit collection, and coordination with Circular Services for returns to Braintree.

Location: Leeds LS1 4BN

Daily Rate: An hourly rate, in-scope IR35, of £ 14.90(PAYE) OR £19.34 (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company).

Contract Length: 09-Mar-2026 to 24-Apr-2026

Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:30

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the exchange of kits with users through the customer-owned automated build process (Windows 11), where users follow a script and engineers provide support.
• Tracking and updating asset data to feed into the Project Data Manager.
• Directing users to the appropriate incident support channel if they experience issues with their new devices.
• Unpacking kit and organising equipment daily, ensuring everything is put away properly at the end of each day.
• Handling onsite stock intake, obtaining sign-off for new kit, collecting Legacy kit, and coordinating with Circular Services to send Legacy equipment back to Braintree.
