Technology Operational Resilience Lead/ITSM SME

Pay rate: up to £1000 per day via Umbrella - depending on experience

Location: Sheffield (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Duration: 6 months (likely extension)

A leading organisation is looking for experienced Operational Resilience and ITSM specialists to join a growing team focused on strengthening technology resilience and third-party risk management.

This role will sit across both:

• Operational Resilience - supplier mapping, vulnerability assessments, and resilience frameworks
• ITSM/IT Controls - assessing supplier controls, ITIL environments, and technology resilience standards

You'll be working closely with senior stakeholders, helping to ensure suppliers meet required resilience standards and supporting broader risk and resilience initiatives across the business.

Key experience:

• Operational Resilience/Third Party Risk
• Must have ITSM and ITIL knowledge and experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams
• Background in financial services or regulated environments
