DH Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing business within the telecommunications sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join a forward-thinking company at their brand-new office based in Nursling Industrial Estate - an ideal location for motorway commuters.

This is a B2B outbound sales position, responsible for contacting businesses, introducing tailored communication and connectivity solutions, and generating new business opportunities. Full training and structured support will be provided.

• £26,000 basic salary

Key Duties

• Making outbound B2B calls to generate new business opportunities

• Speaking with decision-makers and identifying business need

• Booking a minimum of 5 fully qualified appointments per week

• Updating CRM accurately with call notes and outcomes

• Working towards daily call targets and weekly KPIs

• Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales, or lead generation essential (full product training provided)

• Confident and professional telephone manner

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Comfortable working independently and within a team
