Temp General Analyst - Commercial Operations (Onsite)

Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical General Analyst to support a growing Commercial Operations team in Fort Collins. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple business systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, professional environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, strong in Excel, and comfortable learning and working within systems such as Salesforce and ERP platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and supporting business operations from end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay Details: $32.00 to $34.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily commercial operations activities using systems such as Salesforce, ERP platforms, and Excel
- Assist with order processing, quoting, account updates, and maintaining accurate customer and opportunity data
- Ensure data integrity across systems by reviewing and updating records as needed
- Create, maintain, and enhance Excel reports, trackers, and data summaries
- Provide support for Salesforce-related activities, including updating users, maintaining data, and assisting with reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with teams across sales, customer service, finance, and operations to gather information and resolve issues
- Identify data discrepancies or process gaps and help implement solutions for improved accuracy
- Document processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across recurring tasks
- Take ownership of assigned work and follow through to completion with minimal oversight
- Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and workflows
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, filtering, and working with large data sets
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and troubleshoot issues independently
- Experience working with business systems such as CRM, ERP, or reporting platforms
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with Salesforce, particularly in an administrative or support capacity
- Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, or data management within Salesforce
- Previous experience with order entry, quoting, or commercial operations workflows
- Experience analyzing or reconciling data across multiple systems
- Exposure to sales operations, finance operations, or business analytics
- Pay: $32.00-$34.00/hour
- Location: Onsite in Fort Collins, CO
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
