We're looking for a Terminalfour CMS Integration Developer to help deliver robust, accessible and user-focused digital experiences that perform at scale. This is an opportunity to work on complex web projects, collaborate with experienced UX and development teams, and play a key role in the ongoing success of client platforms.

About the Role

As a Terminalfour CMS Integration Developer, you'll be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimising websites built on the Terminalfour platform. You'll work closely with designers, strategists, content teams, and clients to create solutions that are scalable, accessible, and easy to manage. You'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from technical discovery and solution architecture to implementation, testing, and ongoing support via our ArekiboCare service.

  • Create and customise content types, page layouts and site templates
  • Build integrations with third-party systems and APIs
  • Develop solutions that meet accessibility, performance and security standards
  • Participate in technical discovery, estimation and solution design workshops
  • Support content migration and platform upgrades
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in development standards and processes
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of web development experience
  • Experience working with Terminalfour CMS in a development and integration role
  • Experience building node driven solutions (SASS and JS compilation and minification, webpack optimisation and performant delivery)
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and the ever-evolving CSS landscape
  • Experience integrating APIs and external systems
  • Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients
  • Knowledge of Java, Velocity Templates or Terminalfour-specific development approaches
  • Experience with content migration projects
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager or digital performance tools
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments
