Our consultancy client are working with a banking client on a major TPRM transformation programme. The role of TOM Design Manager sits within the Operating Model workstream where you will support the design, development, and implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) within a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) transformation programme. Working alongside the Operating Model Design Lead and wider programme teams, the role will help ensure procurement processes, operating procedures, roles, responsibilities, and governance structures are developed, documented, and aligned to the future-state TPRM framework. The role will coordinate design activities across multiple workstreams, facilitate stakeholder engagement, support process documentation, and help manage design dependencies, ensuring that deliverables are consistent, practical, and aligned with business, risk, and regulatory requirements.

You will need significant experience within procurement, supplier management, operating model design, or business transformation programmes. Good understanding of end-to-end procurement and supplier life cycle processes. Experience supporting Target Operating Model (TOM) development, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives. Knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), supplier governance, or vendor life cycle management is desirable. Experience coordinating activities across multiple workstreams within complex programmes. Strong process documentation skills, including process maps, operating procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Experience supporting business process redesign and organisational change initiatives. Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication skills. Experience working within large, complex, and preferably regulated organisations. Proficient in documenting requirements, tracking actions, and supporting governance and reporting activities.

You will need to be on site 3 days a week and the role will be inside IR35.
