We are looking for a Trainee Technical Services Manager, who is wanting to move into a site-based apprenticeship position. The role will report to the Operations Director and would be responsible for supporting and learning from Technical Services Managers.

Our Foundation Programme
The Foundation Programme provides a rounded perspective of our business via additional training, rotations and mentoring over 3 years. It is important to get to know us, our people and how we work.
The programme is driven by a structured training curriculum designed to develop business, technical and behavioural skills. The training sessions gives a deeper understanding of how we operate as a business. Additionally, you gain responsibility as part of the team, build your network across the business whilst receiving.
Upon completion of the Foundation Programme, you will go on to develop and grow your career with us - the development and progression opportunities do not start or end with the programme.
What can I expect?
Successful candidates will be enrolled initially on a Level 4 Building Services Engineering Technician apprenticeships at University on day release for 2 years. Upon successful completion, you will enrol on a top-up degree in Building Services Engineering for a further 3 years on day release. This is funded by the company and at no expense to yourself.
You will have a dedicated mentor who will share their knowledge and experiences whilst having reviews with the Early Careers Manager and your mentor every 6 months for the duration of the programme.
