Interim Transactional Finance Manager

Are you an experienced Transactional Finance professional available for an immediate interim role? Our client, a growing and fast-paced organisation, is seeking a hands-on Interim Transactional Finance Manager to oversee their Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash & Banking functions during a period of transition and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing housekeeping and transactional support within NetSuite and Profit Plus.
- Support invoice finance reporting, reconciliations, and drawdowns.
- Assist with reporting requirements including turnover, rebates, buy-ins, and recharges.
- Closing the ledgers at month end & year end reconciling control accounts
- Provide support for year-end audit activities and ad-hoc audit queries.
- Assist in preparation of reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Deliver day-to-day finance operational activities to ensure business continuity.
- Support weekly payment runs, cash management, credit control and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of accounting records across systems.
- Prepare a comprehensive handover for the incoming permanent role holder.
- Ensure processes, responsibilities, and system knowledge are clearly documented.
