Job Description:
- Ability to distil complex and varied data into meaningful information; good process analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure that information is captured in a timely manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver HR Projects and understand the HR implications associated with business transformation.
- Proven experience in regional or functional financial budgeting, strategic workforce planning, communication, and people management processes.
- Previous background of working in a matrix organization structure; ability to persuade individuals at different levels.
- Evidence of delivery in a similar role within a global organization.
- Understanding of the principles of organization design and able to identify and challenge variance.
