TSM Planner
The TSM Planner is responsible in assisting in the logistics and planning of crucial accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage consignment inventory stocking programs and will be responsible for the performance of the business at the assigned location.
- Travel to customer locations to resolve any warehouse product issues as needed.
- The person will be responsible for the effective management of tactical requirements per our agreement with the customer.
- Manage inventory at customer location. (Management includes virtual cycle counting, replenishments, delivering, billing, and invoicing).
- Review and recommend stocking level increases/decreases.
- Proactively manage slow moving and inactive inventory.
- Facilitate meetings with customers as required develop new business opportunities.
- Work with customer engineering to develop new alternate sourcing opportunities for cost saving initiatives for customer.
- Assist accounting department with TSM reconciliation questions or concerns.
- Assist MSR-FSR Logistics department as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining SIMI database active and up to date.
- Compile all sites OTD reporting.
Requirements
TSM Planner Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of warehouse or shipping and receiving experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required. (Degree on a related field a plus)
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be available for On-call duties 24/7 Basis for on-site emergency issues.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
