Location: Crewe Contract: Full-Time Salary: £26,546.33 per annum + Uncapped Commission (£36,000 OTE) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:50am - 5:20pm

A well-established contact centre in Crewe is looking for confident and driven Unfinished Sales Advisors to join its sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy outbound sales, influencing customer decisions, and closing deals while delivering a positive customer experience.

The Role

As an Unfinished Sales Advisor, your focus will be on converting online shopping baskets into completed purchases . You'll proactively contact customers who have added items to their basket but haven't checked out, guiding them through the purchase journey and recommending suitable own-brand alternatives where appropriate.

This is a target-driven position within a supportive team environment, where performance is measured, recognised, and rewarded .

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send emails to customers with unfinished online baskets
• Achieve a minimum activity level of 100 outbound calls per day
• Influence, negotiate, and overcome objections to secure sales
• Upsell and cross-sell own-brand products tailored to customer needs
• Handle inbound calls and convert telephone orders to target
• Accurately update customer records and opportunities on CRM systems
• Schedule customer callbacks in line with KPIs
• Manage inbound queries or transfer to relevant departments
• Support webchat sales campaigns when required
• Maintain strong product knowledge and high standards of customer care
