Adecco is assisting a manufacturing company in the Manchester, NH area with hiring Utility Operators. These are long-term temporary opportunities within a fast-paced plastics production environment! Overtime is welcomed.

Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift: $20.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift: $21.00 per hour
• 3rd Shift: $22.00 per hour

Schedules / Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:45 PM - 10:45 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10:45 PM - 6:45 AM

Essential Job Functions:

• Support daily operations across multiple departments in a plastics manufacturing facility
• Assist with setup, operation, and monitoring of injection molding, extrusion, and automated production equipment
• Perform material handling, resin loading, part handling, and packaging of plastic components
• Conduct visual and in-process quality inspections to ensure product standards are met
• Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards
• Complete basic computer entries and production documentation
• Meet established production, quality, and safety goals
• Cross-train in multiple areas and provide coverage where needed
• Successfully complete training to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) as required

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience in plastics manufacturing, injection molding, extrusion, or automated equipment is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
