Position: UX Designer Location: Remote Duration: Contract Job ID: 177329 Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to lead the design efforts for the Recruiter Portal and contribute to the Candidate Experience Portal and Automated Sourcing UI. This role involves creating wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and maintaining a scalable design system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered product design, enterprise platforms, and AI-augmented interface design. This is a remote position, but candidates must be able to work West Coast hours. Responsibilities: Own UX design for the entire Recruiter Portal, including priority action queue, pipeline health dashboard, 360 candidate view, and recruiter performance insights. Design AI-transparent UI patterns that surface HiredScore match scores, fit rationale, skill gaps, and confidence levels. Create interaction designs for automated sourcing workflows with human-in-the-loop checkpoints. Build and maintain a scalable design system aligned with T-Mobile brand guidelines. Produce low-fidelity wireframes, mid-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma specs for developer handoff. Facilitate design reviews and co-design sessions with Recruiter SMEs, TA leadership, and Engineering teams. Ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. Qualifications: 5+ years of user-centered product design experience, with 2+ years designing for enterprise platforms and data-heavy dashboards. Proven ability to independently own complex UX design initiatives and measure their impact. Portfolio demonstrating AI-augmented interface design, including surfaces where AI recommendations are explained and acted upon. Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, and developer handoff. Experience designing with VueJS or React component ecosystems. Deep understanding of information hierarchy for complex systems with role-based access control. Familiarity with HR domain workflows (e.g., ATS, recruiter workloads) is strongly preferred. WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility design expertise is required. Experience in AI-enabled UX design workflows. Key Deliverables: Recruiting Portal design system, including components, tokens, and patterns aligned with T-Mobile brand guidelines. End-to-end portal wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, including action queue, pipeline dashboard, and candidate 360 views. AI explainability pattern library, including match score cards, confidence indicators, and fit rationale panels. Annotated Figma spec packages (including accessibility) for Experience Engineer handoff. Accessibility audit report and remediation specs for all portal views.
