UX/UI Designer - Data Platforms & AI

Short term contract - 3-4 weeks - Remote - Outside IR35

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer for a short-term transformation project focused on improving a sophisticated internal data platform.

This is an opportunity to work on a highly visual, data-centric application used by operational and analytical teams. The successful candidate will help define key UX patterns, improve workflows, and create a lightweight design system that will support future AI-driven scaling and development.

Key Responsibilities:
Design UX/UI solutions for complex data-rich applications
Develop scalable UI patterns and lightweight design systems
Improve internal workflows and usability across core platform features
Collaborate within an AI-enabled product and design environment
Translate complex operational requirements into intuitive user experiences

Required Experience:
Proven UX/UI experience across enterprise or data-heavy platforms
Strong portfolio demonstrating workflow and application design
Experience working with AI tools or AI-assisted design processes
Ability to solve complex interaction and usability challenges
Experience within financial services, commodities, or similar sectors is advantageous
