We are currently hiring experienced VAT & CIS Reporting Specialists to support a Private Assets division within the financial services industry, focused on real estate structures across Ireland and London.

This is a fully remote contract opportunity for 6-9 months, sitting inside IR35, with an immediate start preferred.

The Opportunity

An established financial services organisation is enhancing its digital reporting capabilities across its private assets portfolio. During this transition period, we are seeking hands-on specialists to deliver daily VAT and CIS reporting activities while supporting testing and reconciliation of new automated solutions.

This is a delivery-focused role suited to experienced professionals who enjoy taking ownership of complex reporting environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily VAT reporting across private real estate assets
• CIS reporting and compliance
• Managing VAT treatments across complex entity structures
• Preparing outward tax and regulatory reporting
• Reconciling data and investigating variances
• Supporting testing and validation of new automated reporting systems

Experience Required

• Proven daily VAT reporting experience
• Strong knowledge of CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)
• Experience within real estate or private asset environments
• Understanding of complex inter-structures and VAT treatments
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
