VMware Cloud Architect / Consultant

Responsibilities: Shape and execute VMware platform strategy and architecture Design and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions across diverse environments Develop target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps Advise executive stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions Lead delivery teams through implementation, optimization, and support phases Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and performance issues Requirements: 10+ years of relevant experience Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field VMware certifications (VCP-DCV, VCAP, VCF Specialist) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate in 24/7 critical environments Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities Proven collaboration and documentation skills Scripting/automation expertise: PowerCLI (required); Terraform, Ansible, or Python (preferred)
